Q: What does 'AVS check failed' mean? Why didn't my deposit go through?

A: AVS stands for Address Verification Services - if you are attempting to make a deposit and you have received this message the credit card billing address you have entered does not match the address your credit card (or bank) has on file for you. Please confirm the billing address with your bank or credit card company before trying again.

Q: I set up a Recurring Deposit based on a low balance, but it did not go through! Why didn't I get a deposit?

A: Recurring deposits are only triggered when your balance goes below the threshold you set, so first confirm that your balance has gone below the specified amount. Second, these deposits occur overnight so if your balance goes below the threshold you will not see a deposit until the following day. Please wait one day before submitting a support ticket.

Q: I set up a Recurring Deposit based on a day of the week or month, but it did not go through! Why didn't I get a deposit?

A: Recurring deposits are only triggered once the day of the week or month you set has occurred, so first confirm the day of the week or month. Second, if you set an end date on your recurring deposits they will cease to occur, so confirm that your recurring deposits did not have an end date.
